At Warriors Fitness, our first and foremost goal is to enhance the health and fitness of our clients. Many people find that maintaining a healthy and fit body is a daily struggle. At Warriors Fitness, we can help clients win this struggle by bringing new, practical, and fun ways to get in shape and stay healthy with one of our many Boxing Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) programs. With the variety and diversity of programs that we can offer your organization, you can be sure that we have a program that is just right for you and your members.

What is an AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness Affiliation?
Instead of operating out of only one specific gym, AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness designs programs and provides instructors to implement boxing and MMA training at existing gyms, fitness clubs, businesses, schools, and other organizations. We provide programming and services that fit your specific market. AF Boxing utilizes its resources to determine which program or programs work best for your market. We create and implement programs for your existing members in your existing space. In other words, we bring the boxing gym to you

How will your organization benefit from an AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness affiliation?
When your organization becomes an AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness affiliate, you benefit from our advertising:

Radio ads (105.9 the X)
Promotional Vehicles (We have a number of promotional vehicles in the Pittsburgh area sporting our logo, phone number, and web address. Anyone visiting our website will be exposed to information about our affiliate locations.)
Other affiliations (Boot camps, Other fitness Centers, etc.) Through those affiliations, we are able to advertise new classes and locations. In other words, your organization benefits from our networking efforts.
Website (www.warriors-fitness.com) Your organization will have more extensive web exposure when you become an AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness affiliate. One way that we accomplish this is through our local class search. Our website will have a local class search that searches our own class database. When a potential new client searches our website for boxing classes, your organization will be among the locations listed. Other boxing gyms that are not AF Boxing affiliates will not be listed, therefore you will have greater draw from the pool of potential clients.
Warriors Fitness apparel that corresponds with each affiliate. For example, instead of “AF Boxing Pittsburgh,” the AF Boxing Logo will contain the name of your gym or organization.
Competition publicity (we compete every other month)
Along with apparel, Warriors Fitness also has stickers, flyers/posters, and other ad media that will correspond with your gym or organization.

When your organization becomes an AF Boxing affiliate, your members benefit from our programs. This means that your organization holds a broader appeal for your client base.

Our classes and individual training will help your organization attract a greater number of paying clients which leads to more revenue for your organization!
Your organization will also be in a position to retain existing clients who might otherwise look to other gyms for specific combat sports training. Your clients don’t have to choose between your organization and a boxing gym—as an AF Boxing affiliate, you offer your clients the best of both worlds!

How Do You Become an AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness Affiliate?

AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness affiliations can be set up in different ways.

Full Organization Affiliation (at no cost to you)
Contract Program Affiliation (at no additional cost to your clients)
Certified Instructor Affiliation (your current instructors are trained and certified as Warriors Fitness affiliated instructors)

Full Organization Affiliation
The first thing you should know is that we don’t charge your organization anything up front for affiliation. Our affiliation is based solely your clients’ needs, and Warriors Fitness reaps benefits from this relationship only because we create a win-win situation which helps your organization thrive.
Our price is based on the negotiated price base established between AF Boxing and the client. For example:

Your existing members pay a certain price for packages of 5, 10, or 20 classes, or pay a small monthly fee which allows them to participate in an unlimited number of classes.
NON-Members either become members of your gym or organization, or if they purchase packages, they will pay a daily gym fee to your organization each time they come in for class.

WArriors Fitness will work with you to establish reasonable monthly prices and class packages based on how many classes you would like to offer, and which classes are determined suitable for your existing members.

Contract Program Affiliation
If you prefer to offer one or more of our programs to your existing clients at no additional charge to them, then our Contract Program Affiliation might be the right choice for you.

Your organization can choose to bring our instructors in to teach classes at no additional charge to your existing members. We will work with your organization to determine which types of classes and how many classes per week will be appropriate to offer your clients.
Contract program affiliation is affordable for your organization, and as always, your organization will benefit from the advertising and networking that all AF Boxing affiliates enjoy.

Certified Instructor Affiliation
Certified Instructor affiliation might be the best choice for gyms that have a number of different locations or that already employ multiple instructors for other programs such as cycling or aerobics.

AF Boxing offers a certification program that teaches the best tried-and-true coaching methods.
Your current employees can learn to conduct boxing and kickboxing classes that will maximize the efficiency of the workout and prevent
class members from developing bad habits when it comes to boxing technique.
AF Boxing instructor certification requires the completion of a base curriculum, as well as continuing education courses throughout the year.
The curriculum teaches instructors to pace the class so that it offers the best cardio workout possible. Instructors will also learn how to introduce proper techniques so that a client’s transition to competitive boxing or kickboxing (if they so choose) will be seamless. The client will not have to reverse bad habits or struggle to un-learn improper movements that have become ingrained through muscle-memory.
When your instructors become certified through AF Boxing, your clients will know that they are receiving the best classes available, whether the clients’ goals are simply to exercise and get in shape, or to train for competition.

If your organization already offers boxing or kickboxing classes, take it to the next level by having your instructors certified through Warriors Fitness. As with any kind of AF Boxing affiliation, your organization will benefit from our advertising and from the networking made possible only through AF Boxing/Warriors Fitness.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify Warriors Fitness more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid incurring the full charge of the lesson.

An exception will be made if you are able to reschedule that lesson within 5 days. In that case, you will only be charged a $10 rescheduling fee for the missed lesson. If unable to reschedule, please consider giving your lesson to a friend or family member who may appreciate the opportunity to experience this wonderful work.

No charge will be applied to your account if we fill your late cancelled appointment slot. Thank you in advance for your respect and understanding.
